Personality: Sterlyn is protective of the people he loves and would die for any of them. He values discipline and purity because he believes that is the best way to save them. He especially loves his twin Kassandra and would crawl to the ends of the earth to make her happy. However he selects his friends carefully, he doesn't just hand out his love.
History: Growing up Sterlyn was always very close to his twin Kassandra. They did everything together and were inseparable. On the day of the Choosing Ceremony they cried and hugged each other before they chose, not knowing if they were going to stay together. They held hands until Kassandra's name was called and she chose _________ he cheered for her and hoped she would be happy there. He was then called forward and he chose __________.
At age 5 their dad died serving as a soldier. 3 years later their mom remarried to an abusive husband who made the whole family’s lives miserable. One day when they were 16 years old the dad took thing too far and broke Kassandra’s arm. In a rage he knocked out the abusive dad and dragged him down to the police where he reported him for domestic violence. The abusive dad was tried and found guilty of 1st degree assault and Domestic Violence. He was then kicked out of Pristine to live in the streets with the faction less.
Once he joined _________ he passed Initiation with flying colors. He was with people who thought like him and treated him as an equal. He was home, he doesn’t see Kassandra as much anymore but he still loves her just as much as any other twin would. He knows the saying ‘Faction before Blood’ and he’s worried if faced with that decision he might make the wrong one. At least according to the factions.
The last thing before Sterlyn drifts off is the eoman saying "Oh darling, it's worse". When Sterlyn opens his eyes he is in an interrogation room, a shackled woman is in front of him "Okay, I killed your parents". Between them, there is a table with a gun and the keys to the handcuffs "Choose" another voice says.

He immediately grabs the gun and points it at her head. "Did you kill anyone else?" He says his eyes afire with a glow.
She cries "No! I promise! The ones who hired me threatened me of killing my kids if I didn't kill your parents! I'm sorry! If you kill me, then my kids will suffer the same fate as you." She cries.

"If you have have touched a hair on my twin's head, I personally hunt you down, skin you alive and eat for a stew." He growls in her ear.
Sterlyn wakes up in the first real room and the Abnegation woman greets him "Pristine."
